Your missed calls in figures, easy to read from a computer

The web client space brings together what the app does on your phone. You see how many calls you missed, how many texts went out and how many were delivered.

Dashboard 48 missed calls · 30 days
Texts sent All devices 45
Texts delivered Confirmed by carrier 43
Texts failed To check 2

To do: check this month's 2 failures

What you see at a glance

Your activity at a glance. Missed calls and texts sent, delivered or failed, over the period you choose.

Charts cover 7, 30 or 90 days, or any range you pick. You spot busy days and quiet weeks.

Where do the figures come from?

The Android app detects calls, sends the texts and passes each event to your client space. So the dashboard shows the same thing as the phone's history. If a counter stalls while you know you missed calls, look at the Devices block first: a phone under battery optimisation, common on Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo or Huawei, may stop sending updates. The setup guide in the app shows how to exclude it. Once the phone is active again, pending events come through and the charts fill in.

Why are there fewer texts sent than missed calls?

That is expected, and intended. Several guardrails filter what goes out: one text per number per day, a daily cap, a minimum gap between two sends, the STOP list. Calls from withheld numbers cannot get a reply. The gap between the two counters therefore measures what your rules hold back. In the web history, which you can filter by date, number and event type, each call without a text shows the exact reason: STOP, daily cap reached, already answered today.

Who is it for?

For the owner who wants to know how many calls the shop lets slip during peak hours, without counting by hand or scrolling through the phone's call log. The dashboard turns a hunch (we miss calls in the morning) into dated figures you can compare month to month, and use to organise phone cover or decide on a routine end-of-day call back to customers.

For a small team where everyone has an Android work phone: the device filter shows each person's activity without mixing the figures. The manager sees who gets the most missed calls and whether every phone is still sending its data. Each member keeps their own number, and texts always leave from that phone's SIM, never from a shared line.

Good to know

Replies, not marketing

The texts counted in the dashboard answer people who called you, so this is not prospecting. Keep them informational, with your name and when you will call back. A commercial offer added to the text would fall under the marketing rules described by the CNIL.

The STOP list

Numbers on the STOP list never receive a text, so they never appear among texts sent, but the history flags them. You manage the list from the web space as well as from the phone.

Your data

Data is hosted in France, with a retention period for each kind of data. After that, statistics keep dates and statuses, without the numbers. Contacts are only synced with your consent. Export and erasure are available from My data.

Hidden numbers

A withheld call is counted among missed calls, never among texts sent: there is no number to reply to. It stays visible in the recent history.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No, a browser is enough, on a computer, tablet or phone. Sign in with the same account as the Android app installed on your phone.

Are the figures real time?

They arrive as soon as the phone sends them. If the device loses its internet connection, events come through once it is back and the charts update.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The My data section of the client space lets you request an export of your data or its erasure, in line with the privacy policy.

Is the dashboard included?

Yes. The subscription, monthly or yearly, includes every feature, including the web client space. You can cancel from the app and keep access until the end of the paid period.
